I was posting multiple times a day, showing up in stories constantly, and measuring my worth by likes, comments, and follower count.

I was stuck in what I now call the “content hamster wheel” constantly creating, constantly performing, constantly trying to stay relevant in an algorithm that seemed to change every other week. The pressure was suffocating, and honestly? It was stealing my joy.

I’ve built a business that sells itself, and I’m doing it without the constant social media hustle that once consumed my days. If you’ve been here for a while, you know my story.
